Dear Junior Golf Family:

Happy New Year!

We are pleased to announce the start of the five-month long Tucson City Junior Series for 2021. Baring interference from COVID protocols El Rio will host the first event January 16 - 17, 2021 with a 12:39 start time for the first group.

The tournament will be a two-day event for boys and girls of all age groups.  Participants in SAGJA golf tournaments are divided by age and gender and play from various yardages.  The membership requirement is waived for this event due to uncertainty of a reliable tournament schedule during the pandemic.

Please be assured the Tucson Junior Golf Program is committed to the safety of our participants, employees, and volunteers.  We continue to follow all recommendations per the City of Tucson, Pima County, State of Arizona, and Federal guidelines regarding the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19.)

Tucson City Junior Golf Series registration will open January 6, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Once open, please click on the link on TucsonJuniorGolf.com to register.  As the Parent/Legal Guardian, registering for this tournament constitutes acceptance and agreement of the COVID-19 policy. This Agreement applies to all Tucson Junior Golf and First Tee Tucson programming. Also, changes to the Tournament and Spectator Guidelines are implemented as necessary due to the proclamation set forth by Pima County and the City of Tucson. Spectators will not be allowed.

Face masks are required for all when entering the Golf Shop and Restaurant facilities at any Tucson City Golf course. Masks will not be required when eating and drinking in the restaurant, while outdoor on the golf course, or on practice facilities.

Please know we are doing our part to abide by the best practices for the current situation. Our number one goal is the safety and well-being of all involved. Thank you for your understanding.

Best Regards,

Tucson Junior Golf / First Tee Tucson
